To the other day, to cure the “crude reality” you can be gone to a place called “the rocks”. Here you make roasted or a good day of field… Also you can go to swim to the river, which forms thanks to the fall of a cascade… Or simply to climb until the highest stone and to admire everything what is you take care of Guzman…
The best thing of Guadalajara, separate of the food (tortas ahogadas, pozole Jalisco style., etc.) is the celebrations of October. One puts fair, games, food, the traditional toritos, the dance, the tequila; this served in jarritos covered with Chile in dust and salt, ice, and much lemon.
